1. Enter your site's url, title, description, your e-mail, name, and keywords in the form in the top left frame.

2. Click a directory link in the top right frame. The chosen directory will load in the bottom frame.

3. Click through to the submit page of the chosen directory.

4. Hold down the Ctrl key. Drag and drop your site's details from the top left frame to the submission page (or copy and paste).

5. Repeat steps 2-5.

If you have cookies and javascript enabled in your browser, your site's details will be filled in automatically the next time you come back.
